2 tsp coconut oil
Half a cup of walnuts, slightly crushed into pieces
Pinch of fine Himalayan pink salt
2 tsp rice malt syrup or honey
1. Heat a fry pan on a medium heat – slightly toast the walnuts for a minute or two.
2. Add the coconut oil to the pan and toss the waluts through it as it melts.
3. Add the salt and toss again.
4. Take the frypan off the heat and add the rice malt syrup, tossing well to coat the walnuts and then allowing to cool.
