Choc-cherry smoothie bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 large banana, approx. 125g skin off, frozen in coin shapes
1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries
2-3 tbsp coconut water
2 tsp cacao powder

Topping options:
Fresh cherries, cacao nibs, desiccated, shredded or flaked coconut, mint leaves, buckwheat groats

Method
1. Put the frozen banana coins and frozen pitted cherries in a small food processor or blender. Start blending (it may need some help from a spoon or spatula).
2. Add in the coconut water 1 tbsp at a time, assisting the mix by stirring again before blending.
3. Add in the cacao powder. Blend all ingredients until you have reached a thick yet smooth consistency, similar to gelato.
4. Pick any topping of choice and sprinkle over the top.
