
choc mint Milkshake
Ingredients
1 handful of spinach (approx. 1/2 cup)
1 large banana
3/4 -1 cup almond milk
2 tsp rice malt syrup or honey
2 small drops of peppermint essence or oil (1/4 tsp)
1 tbsp cacao nibs
Some fresh mint leaves and cacao nibs to garnish

Method
1. Put all ingredients, except for the cacao nibs in a blender, blend until it is all combined and you reach a flavour/consistency that you like, then add some cacao nibs and blend again for a few seconds.
2. Pour into a glass and top with mint leaves and cacao nibs
