Green Frappe 

A great way to get kids drinking their greens! 

 

Ingredients

2 slices of watermelon (1 cup chopped)

1 Kiwi Fruit, skin peeled

Juice of 1/2 a lime

1 handful of spinach 

1/2 cup coconut water (or water works too)

3 or 4 ice cubes

 

 

-For a thicker more smoothie-like drink you could add 1 tbsp chia seeds and/or 1/4 of an avocado 

- And for a more juice-like drink omit the ice and blend for a little longer.

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined well, about 30 seconds.
