juice of 1/2 -1 lime, as per your taste
Himalayan pink rock salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1/4 tsp Smoked paprika (optional)
1/4 of a red onion, finely chopped (optional)
1/4 cup of coriander, finely chopped (optional)
1. Use a fork to mash the avocado with the lime juice (adding a little at a time so that you don't over do it), season with salt and pepper, cumin and paprika and mix until you like the taste and consistency.
2. Mix the chopped red onion and coriander through at the end.
