1/2 tsp olive oil 

2 large (or 3 small) garlic cloves

1 bottle of tomato passata 

1/2 a tsp of Himalayan Pink salt

A good sprinkle of black pepper

Homemade tomato sauce


1. Heat a large fry pan on medium heat and add the olive oil, once the oil has heated up add the chopped garlic and cook until fragrant (no more than a few minutes, don't let the garlic burn).
