Kangaroo Patties 

500g kangaroo mince 

1/2 brown onion (try 1 next time)

2 garlic cloves, (next time try 3)

1/2 small carrot 

1/2 small zucchini 

1 egg 

2 tsp psyllium husk

2 tbsp rice flour 

1 tsp Salt 


2 tbsp chopped parsley


1-2 tbsp psyllium husk and some water (next time try without egg?) and see if I can get away w no flour 




Lettuce, avo, tomato, beetroot bread or bun of choice - great on organic sourdough 




180 20 mins 


Makes 8-10 burgers patties
