Miso ginger dressing


1 Thumb size piece of ginger (grated)*

1/2 tsp Miso paste

1 tbsp tahini 

1 tbsp Tamari soy sauce 

1 tbsp water 

1 tbsp olive oil 

*I freeze the ginger because it's easier to grate.


1. Place all ingredients in a small blender or food processor; mix to combine.


Add more water if it's too thick, and more tahini if it's too thin.
