Snickers Hemp Smoothie

Serves 1


1 large (*ripe) frozen banana, chopped into coins (approx. 140g)

1 tsp cinnamon

2-3 tsp cacao powder

2 tbsp peanut butter

3 ice cubes

2 tsp *Hemple raw hemp protein

3/4 cup - 1 cup milk of choice, I use hemp or almond milk


Note: It can also be made into a smoothie bowl with half the milk. Which is always more fun, let’s be honest.

*The riper the banana before you freeze it, the sweeter the smoothie will be

1. Blend all ingredients together.

2. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
