Tahini sauce


2 tbsp Tahini

1 tsp Cumin powder

Salt and pepper, to season
1 tbsp Lemon juice (optional)

Water, to thin (about 1-2 tbsp)


1. Put all ingredients, except the water in a small bowl, mix together with a small spoon.


2. Add the water 1 tbsp at a time - you don't want it to be too liquidy - using a small whisk or spoon mix it all together until you get a consistency that will drizzle well

Note: If it does become too liquidy just add some more tahini and mix again.
