
Turmeric cinnamon 'latte'
Serves 1
Ingredients
1.5 cups milk of choice (nut milk recipe here)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Optional: 1-2 tsp rice malt syrup, honey or coconut sugar (if you like it sweet)

Method
1. Put all ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat gently for a few minutes.
2. Pour contents into a blender and blend for a 30 seconds to a minute to make it frothy.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
